ACD/0 Feedback Fence

Destiny 2 Titan Exotic ACD/0 Feedback Fence

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Fury Conductors - Melee kills build energy. Being struck by a melee attack reduces incoming damage and unleashes the energy in a devastating explosion.

Verdict: Good for PVP/PVE uses. It requires that you get hit to allow for it to activate so its important to note it isn't for all playstyles. You will most likely not be using it for endgame PVE activities as there are other more potent exotics to use. However for Endgame PVP it has been used as a potent Titan countermeasure, or as an offensive bonus in capable hands.

Doom Fang Pauldron

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Horns of Doom - Void melee kills give Super energy. While Sentinel Shield is active, melee kills recharge Shield Throw, which extends your Super on hits.

Verdict: Excellent. These provide a massive boost to the super regeneration that is available to you as well greatly extending the time you are in your super so long as you are killing. We even made a video on it, click here to see it, showing just how potent they are. Excellent addition to any Titan's arsenal making for potent melee focused builds in PVE/PVP

Synthoceps

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Biotic Enhancements - Increased melee lunge range. Improved melee and Super damage when you're surrounded.

Verdict: Good. These are a PVP focused exotic which is why it only gets a good rating. It is a one trick pony and thats where its shines. You will be punching and assaulting you  enemies at a range that makes almost no sense. It even looks funny in third person, however it does not skimp on the surrounded damage, thus making aggressive PVP play a very viable option.

Crest of Alpha Lupi

Slot: Armor: Chest Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Survival Well - Generates an additional orb of light from Supers and a healing pulse when Barricade is activated.

Verdict: Excellent. This is the cornerstone to many healing Titan builds and for good reason. The moment that your barricade or rally shield comes out your will be gifted with health. This paired with the fact that you are instantly in cover makes for a great get out of jail free card in most PVP/PVE situations. In the right hands with the right build and your almost a warlock.

Actium War Rig

Slot: Armor: Chest Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Auto-Loading Link - Steadily reloads a portion of your equipped Auto Rifle’s or Machine Gun's magazine from reserves.

Verdict: Good. Welcome to the meme machine exotic that allows for and infinite bullet Sweet Business to be formed. You will be able to fire roughly 500 rounds before ever having to reload. Its crazy however limits the weapons you can use and thus is the reason for an only good rating.

Hallowfire Heart

Slot: Armor: Chest Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Sunfire Furnace - Improves the recharge rate of your Solar abilities. Greatly improves recharge rate while your Super is charged.

Verdict: Needs Work.  Meet the Super savers best friend. This provides excellent ability regen when the solar subclass is equipped and you do not use your super. This exotic is tied to having your super but not using it. Thus limiting the damage and add clear potential that is present in the subclass. With other exotics being far better to take its exotic slot, this currently does not meet current use means in the current Destiny 2 sandbox.

An Insurmountable Skullfort

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Transfusion Matrix - Kills with Arc melee abilities trigger health regeneration and restore melee energy.

Verdict: Excellent. This is should be in every Titans arsenal. If you ever find yourself as a Striker Titan, any enemy that is killed BOTH PVE & PVP you will receive a full melee charge. This is beyond invaluable, now add on the extra healing and this is a great choice for both PVP/PVE endgame activities.

Mask of the Quiet One

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Dreaded Visage - Grants ability energy when you're damaged. When critically wounded, regain maximum health on kills.

Verdict: Verdict: Great. This requires that you take damage, and we do not want to get hit even once in endgame PVE activities. The critical heal makes for great synergy on the helmet and allows for some aggression with the helmet. It allows you to challenge and should you win you will be rewarded beyond the energy with health.

Lion Rampant

Slot: Armor: Leg Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Jump Jets - Provides additional aerial maneuverability and enables accurate hip fire while in the air during Lift.

Verdict: Essential. This allows for movement and utility that goes beyond the standard jump mechanics. Currently it is the required gear needed to preform large jumps with Titan Sword Skating. Otherwise it is a pure utility exotic  allowing for more aerial combat and chasing of those pesky Hunters.

Dunemarchers

Slot: Armor: Leg Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Linear Actuators - Increases sprint speed. Sprinting builds up a static charge. After melee-attacking an enemy, that charge will chain damage to nearby enemies.

Verdict: Excellent. This can be paired with all sub classes and activates on your punch chaining lightning that with a double punch to a guardian will kill any guardian attached to the chain. In PVE it does the same however for massive damage. The additional movement speed is highly noticed and greatly welcomed as the build allows for fast aggressive style action.

Aeon Safe

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Aeon Energy - Melee grants the following to nearby Aeon Cult allies: Grenade energy to Warlocks, Melee energy to Titans, and Dodge energy to Hunters. Other allies receive a fraction of the shared energy.

Verdict:  Trash. Great in theory, however, you will not find many player using Aeon gear, let alone the provided energy is subpar in comparison to other exotics here on this list. Dismantle this and keep the shards.

Khepri's Horn

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Solar Rampart - Solar damage kills recharge your Barricade, which unleashes a blast of Solar energy when summoned.

Verdict: Good. Fun to use when running a high resilience build as the kills store quickly and the burn does decent damage. In PVP it will shock most guardians as they will now have to figure out a way around you now planted shield and run from the initial path they were taking.

Helm of Saint-14

Destiny 2 Titan Exotic Armor Piece Helm of Saint-14

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Starless Night - Enemies that enter Ward of Dawn are blinded, while allies that pass through gain an overshield. Guarding with Sentinel Shield blinds nearby enemies.

Verdict: Excellent. This adds to the Ward of Dawn the needed stun of enemies that dare to enter your bubble. Blinding and making  your overshield last outside of the bubble far longer.  This is a great PVE/PVP Panic button addition.

MK. 44 Stand Asides

Slot: Armor: Leg Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Seriously, Watch Out - Grants an overshield when sprinting at full health with Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash equipped. Hits with these abilities recharge a portion of your melee energy.

Verdict:  Good. It provides a benefit to the fast Titan action but falls short of providing the same devestation or utility as the dunemarchers. This gets a good rating as it serves as a knock off Insurmountable Skullfort, mixed with the Eternal Warrior.

Ashen Wake

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Bring the Heat - Fusion grenades now explode on impact and gain increased throw speed. Final blows with Fusion Grenades grant grenage energy.

Verdict: Excellent. This allows for one hit kills with Fusion Grenades in PVP at a Roaring Flames x3 buff. The use of this also shows in PVE where you get the ability to take out large groups of adds with the splash damage and ability regen.  Very potent in both PVE/PVP. Needed in any Titan's arsenal.

Wormgod Caress

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Burning Fists - Melee kills increase melee damage for a period of time. Additional kills extend duration and increase effects.

Verdict: Good. This only get a knock due to the short duration of the damage buff forcing you to constantly be in the front slaying however it does not provide health. This makes it so that you have to play somewhat aggressively, yet be cautious of your buff to make sure that its up or you will most likely die.

Peacekeepers

Slot: Armor: Leg Armor
Intrinsic Perk: Mecha Holster - Reloads stowed Submachine Guns and allows you to ready them instantly. Improves your handling with SMGs and your movement while wielding one.

Verdict: Needs Work. These were excellent, during the SMG meta roughly 3 Seasons prior to our current meta. The do provide a great amount of movement and handling to SMG wielders however Dunemarchers or even the lion ramparts would be of better use for SMG wielders in the current Destiny 2 Sandbox.

Armamentarium

Slot: Armor: Chest Armor
Intrinsic Perk: And Another Thing - Gain an additional grenade charge.

Verdict: Excellent. There is something about a simple straight to the point exotic that does something to the soul. You get an additional grenade on all classes except the top tree striker because you already get two grenades. This is invaluable in all activities and content. Have you thrown enough grenades today?

Eternal Warrior

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Resolute - Gain an overshield when activating Fists of Havoc.

Verdict: Dismantle. This is only good if you die a lot in your super. Which if you are, I would advise that you do not superman your super in ever situation and you will survive more. If it provided an additional benefit it would have more use however it does not so there you have it. Dismantle it.

Antaeus Wards

Slot: Armor: Boots
Intrinsic Perk: Reflective Vents - Improved slide. Sliding reflects incoming projectiles. Reflecting projectiles grant Super energy.

Verdict: Dismantle. This works only sometimes and the return of super energy is not anything to write home about. There are several other exotics that I would recommend in this slot. Dismantle it for the shards and be done with it.

Heart of Inmost Light

Slot: Armor: Chest
Intrinsic Perk: Overflowing Light - Using an ability (grenade, melee, or Barricade) empowers the other two abilities. Empowered means abilities have faster regen, melees and grenades do more damage, and Barricades have more hit points.

Verdict: Excellent. This does exactly as the doctor ordered. Allowing you to use your abilities more often and for them to be stronger with each consecutive use. This will allow for one hit magnetic grenades in PVP. It also makes for a better version of Hallowfire Heart. Providing ability regen to all abilities without having to hold onto your super.

One-Eyed Mask

Slot: Armor: Helmet
Intrinsic Perk: Vengeance - Highlights the enemy who dares to damage you. Track down and destroy your enemy for an overshield.

Verdict: Excellent. This was nerfed into the ground and prior to this season was in Broken territory allowing for wall hacks and overshield creation that was near impossible to counter. Now with its current state in somewhat defensive gameplay hands it is a destructive force to handle. In its current state it makes for a great addition in both PVE/PVP.

Ursa Furiosa

Slot: Armor: Gauntlet
Intrinsic Perk: Ursine Guard - Move faster while guarding when Sentinel Shield is active. Guarded damage converts to Super energy when the Super ends

Verdict: Excellent. Currently one of the few ways that you can create a literal spam of supers. It requires that you stop a lot of damage but in endgame activities both PVP/PVE it can be a life saver. Let alone the damage bonus that it provides your team. Use this before Bungie finds out how much fun it is and nerfs it.

Citan's Ramparts

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Assault Barricade - You and your allies can shoot through your Towering Barricade, which has reduced health and duration.

Verdict:  Excellent. Ever wanted to shoot straight through your Barricade? Well here is your answer and its dangerous. If you are in a gunfight it does take far less shots to drop the shield so be wary. However the ability to shoot and not be hit is vital in both PVE/PVP gameplay.

Peregrine Greaves

Slot: Armor: Boots
Intrinsic Perk: Peregrine Strike - All shoulder charge abilities (Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash) deal bonus damage when activated in the air.

Verdict: Good. This allows for the most damage possible in a melee attack with a hammer strike and a one-two punch  shotgun. Very potent but limited in its application thus demoting it from Great to Good.

Phoenix Cradle

Slot: Armor: Boots
Intrinsic Perk: Beacon of Empowerment - Sun Warrior lasts twice as long. Allies who pass through your Sunsports are granted Sun Warrior.

Verdict: Great. This is wonderful for team support builds providing elongated ability regen to both yourself and your teammates. With how potent Sunspots are in PVE/PVP this is a great tool for any Titan who will be running with a fireteam.

Severance Enclosure

Slot: Armor: Chest
Intrinsic Perk: Spheromatik Trigger - Arc, Solar, and Void melee final blows unleash a damaging explosion. Finishers and final blows against more powerful targets increase the radius and damage of the explosion.

Verdict: Excellent. This is in our opinion one of the most slept on exotic armor pieces in Destiny 2. It has the ability to one shot guardians in PVP thus making it more consistent than our coveted Dunemarchers. This also allows for instant back up space when clearing adds. When preforming the once unused finisher you will trigger another explosion. Use these and have fun!

Stronghold

Slot: Armor: Gauntlets
Intrinsic Perk: Clenched Fist - Maximizes Guard stats on equipped Swords. Shots blocked immediately after guarding will heal you.

Verdict: Great. These are the sword masters best friend. Making a sword into a proverbial primary weapon. That paired with it maxing the stats out on and sword this pairs with the new Season of arrivals Exotic Ruinous Effigy for devastating effects! It however limits the weapons you can use and thus making it Great and not Excellent rated.

That wraps up the entire collection of Titan specific exotics for the Season of Arrivals. Make sure that you check out the Warlock exotic list, or the Hunter exotic list, so that you know exactly what's out there for you to slay with. We are expecting several new exotics with the drop of Beyond Light this November. Check back with us so that you do not miss out.
